About Our Crutches

Our coloured crutches come from Kowsky in Germany, an award-winning company that’s been in business for over 100 years!
Physiotherapist and founder of Standout Crutches, Alwyn Blayse says, “These crutches are not only unique because of their fantastic range of colours, they are also far more comfortable and ergonomically designed than ordinary crutches. The handgrips are more comfortable, the tips are silent, and the design is very energy conserving compared to axillary (underarm) crutches in particular. They are superior in quality, comfort and durability to anything else on the market.”
